To cook stewed chicken with mushrooms, you can use dried mushrooms. I am used to using fresh mushrooms. I think fresh mushrooms will taste smoother after stewing. Put more in moderation, and the smell of stewed mushrooms is not worse than that of dried mushrooms. Stewed chicken with mushrooms is tender and not greasy, even the soup is delicious. If you pour it on rice, you can eat a bowl of rice directly.
