I. Materials
Soybean 100g, ribs 500g, five mushrooms, ginger 1 slice, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, and proper amount of salt.
Second, practice.
1. Soak soybeans and mushrooms for 2 hours, and slice ginger for later use.
2. Blanch the ribs and wash them.
3. Put a proper amount of water into the pot, and pour in ribs, soybeans, mushrooms, cooking wine and ginger slices.
4. Cook in an electric pressure cooker for about 25 minutes and season with a little salt.
