Take pickled mushroom sauce as an example-
Ingredients: noodles 1000g, mushrooms 150g, pork 150g, onion 1 and carrot 100g.
Accessories: half a bag of sweet noodle sauce, oyster sauce 1 tsp, cooking wine 1 tsp, salt 1 2 tsp, chicken juice 1 tsp, soybean oil 3 tsp,1small bowl of water.
1. Dice mushrooms, onions and carrots, or chop pork into stuffing or diced.
2. Put soybean oil or other cooking oil in the pot, add meat stuffing when it is 70% to 80% hot, stir-fry for about two minutes, and stir-fry until the meat is fragrant.
3. Add the diced vegetables and continue to stir fry for about two minutes until the onions are soft.
4. Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, sweet noodle sauce, chicken juice or chicken powder and chicken essence, add salt and stir fry.
5. Add 1 small bowl of water and cook for two minutes.
6. Fire juice can be pickled.
7. After the noodles are cooked, pour the brine.
