The people's courts at all levels will inform the relevant government departments, financial supervision institutions, financial institutions, institutions undertaking administrative functions and trade associations about the list of people who have been executed for breach of trust, so that the relevant units can impose credit punishment on people who have been executed for breach of trust in terms of government procurement, bidding, government support, administrative examination and approval, market access, financing credit and qualification identification, etc.; The credit reporting agency will be informed of the information on the list of people who have been executed in breach of trust, and the credit reporting agency will record it in its credit reporting system.
