Scrape pig hair with a knife, wash and cut into pieces. Wash dried kohlrabi for later use.
Put oil in the pan, add rock sugar, stir-fry slowly with low fire, stir-fry until the rock sugar melts, add pork belly, aniseed, salt and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add rice wine, light soy sauce, stir-fry dried peppers and drain the pork belly. Stew until the water is about to dry, put dried kohlrabi and chicken essence. Steam in a bowl for 40 minutes.
