Wash the chicken wings and chop them. Draw a few lines on the surface with a knife and season with salt.
Wash onion, red pepper and green pepper respectively and cut into pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, first add onion, red pepper and green pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
