The examination of public institutions is entrusted by the personnel department of each employer to the personnel examination center affiliated to the personnel department of a province or prefecture-level city (institutions and examination centers put forward and organize registration and examination, and submit the results list of employers, and some units organize their own implementation).

There is no unified recruitment for the whole country, province and city. At most, all units at the county level are unified. Generally, large-scale online registration and small-scale on-site registration are adopted.
