Because I used an electric pressure cooker, I didn’t add water, just salt and soy sauce. It's OK to set the timer for 20 minutes. If it is an ordinary rice cooker, you need to add water appropriately. If it is not thick after cooking, you can stir it properly and it will become thicker naturally.
