Step 2: Peel, wash and chop the green onions, peel and wash the ginger and cut it into filaments, and cut the dried peppers into small pieces.
Step 3: Soak the leaves of Chinese cabbage in light salt water for 10- 15 minutes, then take them out and drain them for later use.
Step 4: Heat the oil from the pan. When the oil is cooked, add chopped onion, shredded ginger and dried pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, and then pour in Chinese cabbage to help stir well.
Step 5: Stir-fry over high fire, until the cabbage is cut off, pour in cabbage leaves, sprinkle with proper amount of salt, stir-fry with soy sauce evenly, and then turn off the fire and serve.
