Male, Han nationality,1born in August 1982, from Xinhua County, Hunan Province. China is a culinary master, a master of Hunan cuisine cooking skills, a director of Hunan Food and Drug Administration Association, and a director of Hunan Catering Industry Association. He is currently the president of Hunan Changsha Hongxing Pengfei Chef Vocational Training School.
He not only inherited the fine tradition of careful operation and unique taste, but also constantly improved and innovated. Zeng Pengfei accumulated the experience of his predecessors bit by bit, gradually integrated the strengths of various schools, enriched and developed Hunan cuisine varieties, and formed his own unique style in production. During his cooking career of nearly 20 years, he has worked hard and distinguished himself, becoming a famous Hunan cuisine master who enjoys a good reputation in Changsha, and pushing the traditional characteristics of Hunan cuisine to a new height.
/kloc-started catering work in October, 1998, and worked as a cook in the Crystal Palace Chinese and Western Restaurant in Lengshuijiang, Loudi, and Bonier International Hotel in Lengshuijiang. In 2007 -2009, he opened Chinese and Western Restaurant in Changsha University of Science and Technology, founded Xiangpen Catering Management Co., Ltd. in October-March, and obtained the qualification of private non-enterprise unit issued by Changsha Municipal People's Government in October-June.
