Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients, slaughter the catfish, remove the gills and guts and wash.
2. Cut the scallion into pieces, slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the dried chili pepper into pieces.
3. Tofu cut into cubes.
4. Catfish cut into segments about 3 centimeters thick.
5. Start a frying pan, first put in the peppercorns to burst the flavor.
6. Add green onions, ginger, garlic and dried chili peppers and sauté briefly.
7. Put in the bean paste and stir fry.
8. Add salt, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce and vinegar to the pot and boil over high heat.

Tips
