Laos Iced Coffee is available at room temperature.
Iced coffee is a refreshing drink for summer. It is made by blending very strong coffee with ice and adding cardamom, a spice native to the East Indies, with cream and sugar.
Coffee is hot; iced coffee is hot coffee, cooled, and then iced. Boxed iced coffee is normally drinkable without problems if left at room temperature for 12 hours.
Making process:
1, brewed at low temperature. Following this method can make sweet and savory iced coffee, which has 67% less acid than hot brewed coffee. Brewing at low temperatures also removes the unpleasant bitter flavor of hot brewed coffee.
2. Mix the water with the coffee. Add an amount of coarsely ground coffee to the water pitcher to your taste. The darker the roast, the more robust the coffee beans will be.
3. Add water. Add 9 cups of cold or room-temperature water to the pitcher.
4. Steep. Put a lid on the water jar. Soak in a cool place for at least 12 hours.
5. After steeping, you need to separate the water from the coffee powder.
6. Filter the coffee. Gently pour the coffee through a small hole sieve and into another container.
7, put a filter on the sieve (two paper towels will also work), gently pour the mixture of coffee powder and water on it again to completely separate the water from the coffee powder.
8, sweet and rich coffee concentrate is ready.
9, in a glass with a certain amount of ice, pour a part of the coffee concentrate, and then add 3 parts of cold water or milk on the finish. Sugar can be added according to your needs.
