Step 5: Adjust the juice. Take a proper amount of garlic paste, add salt, chicken essence with Chili powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cumin powder, a spoonful of pepper powder and a spoonful of starch, add water and stir well, then pour it into the pot and cook for two minutes, turn off the torch juice and pour it on the fried stinky tofu, sprinkle with chopped green onion, coriander and bring to the boil!
