1 Taro
Ingredients: duck meat, taro, ginger, salt, water.
Method:
1. Carefully remove the skin from the duck meat and chop it into small cubes.

Method:

3. Put 3 bowls of water and cooking wine and simmer for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: duck meat, winter melon, carrots, ginger slices, soy sauce, garlic, salt, chicken essence.
Method:
1. Clean the duck meat, cut it into pieces, and put it into a pot with cold water.
2. Add a few slices of ginger and scallions to boil and constantly remove the blood foam floating on the water surface.
3. Then wash the winter melon, carrots and pigeons and cut them into pieces.
4. Then heat a pot of boiling water on another stove, pour in the prepared duck meat, and continue to cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.

Method:

2. Wash and cut the sauerkraut into sections.

4. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
6. Then add sauerkraut and continue cooking for about 30 minutes.
7. Finally, add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine for seasoning.
