Steps
1. Prepare the sticky rice flour, cornstarch and salt.
2. Pour in 250g of water and mix well. Be careful to try all kinds of powder completely dissolved in water, not a grain.
3. Use another plate and fill it with eggs.

10. After the water boils for about a minute, pour a spoonful of the egg powder and onion mixture evenly onto the plate and cover the pan with a lid.
11. Steam for about 40-50 seconds to cook the sausage noodles.
12. Remove the plate with the cooked rice noodle and immediately take a spatula and scrape down the rice noodle.
13. Use another clean plate, pour in soy sauce and make it.
