Practice steps

Wash the quail eggs, drain the water.

Take a small stew pot, first spread the salt all over the bottom, put a layer of quail eggs, then a layer of salt, then put quail eggs, and so on. Simply a layer of salt and a layer of eggs.

Finally cover the quail eggs with salt.

Cover the crockpot with the lid.

Simmer in water for 45 minutes. (If it's an egg take longer)

With a little bit of salty flavor, delicious.
