Production method:
1. Wash the ribs and cut them into small pieces. Add 1 teaspoon salt, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of corn starch to the marinated ribs and mix well by hand.

Stir the corn flour evenly.
4. Pour 500 grams of vegetable oil into the pot, heat the oil over medium heat, add ribs and fry until golden brown. When frying, turn it frequently to avoid frying, and turn it up before cooking.
Collect oil with fire. Take out the drained oil.
