Introduction of uterine sarcoma
Uterine sarcoma is a group of malignant tumors originating from uterine smooth muscle tissue, uterine stroma, intrauterine tissue or extrauterine tissue. Histological origin is mostly myometrium, but also connective tissue in myometrium or endometrial connective tissue. The incidence rate is about 20% ~ 40%, which is more common in women aged 30 ~ 50. Sarcoma can be found in all parts of uterus, and the body of uterus is far more common than the cervix, about15:1. Uterine sarcoma accounts for 2% ~ 5% of uterine malignant tumors, and the prone age is about 50 years old, while cervical staphyloma is more common in young girls. Because there are no specific symptoms in the early stage, the preoperative diagnosis rate is only 30% ~ 39%.
