Materials: 250g flour, 120g water, 0.5g salt.
Practice
1. Melt the salt with water.
2. Add the salt water to the flour and stir with chopsticks.
3: Knead the wadding with your hands to form a smooth dough, cover with a damp cloth, and leave to molasses for 15 minutes.
4: Knead the dough again and again, sprinkle dry flour on the board and flatten the dough.
5: Roll out the dough in all directions.
6: Roll the flattened dough into a very thin sheet.
7: Cut into even strips with a knife.
8: Sprinkle a bit of dry flour on the cut noodles and shake them with your hands.
