This line passes through Guyuan, enters from Xiba of Lianhuatan Township in the southwest of the county, goes north to Dongxinying of Xixinying Township, then to the northeast, passes through Han Qing Dam, Xiaohezi Township, Nanyingzi Township and Pingdingbao Town of Xiliang Township, and enters Fengning datan town.
