Raw tofu
1, first rinse the tofu with clear water and drain it for later use.
2. Add oil to the pot and heat it. Put your hand about 20㎝ away from the oil level and feel it slightly warm.
3. Put the tofu in the pot, so as not to destroy the integrity of the tofu, fry until golden brown, repeat the previous steps on the other side, and dish the tofu after completion.
4. Add minced garlic into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add a little soy sauce and wine starch to make sauce.
5. Then put the tofu into the pot, let the juice fully wrap the tofu, add some raw oyster sauce, sprinkle some parsley and shallots, and serve out of the pot.
