Steps of homemade mushroom sauce

1.? Remove the roots of mushrooms, boil them in water for two minutes, remove and wash them, and cut them into cubes for later use.

2.? Prepare a wok, stir-fry peanuts without oil, take out the wok after smelling the smell of peanut coke, let it cool, and twist the peanut coat clean.

3.? Prepare a wok, do not put oil in it, dry fry the soybeans until fragrant, prepare an electric pressure cooker, put in the soybeans and peanuts, pour in a proper amount of water, and start to cook the bean stand (if there is no pressure cooker, put it in a steamer, just like steaming rice, until the peanuts and soybeans taste like noodles, and I use soybean sauce instead of soybeans and sweet noodle sauce).

4.? According to your own taste, pour in a bowl of oil, stir-fry Jiang Mo, pour in mushrooms, stir-fry for one minute, pour in peanuts and soybeans, add more than half a packet of thirteen spices and salt (the sauce must be salty before it can be preserved), stir-fry until all kinds of seasonings taste, then pour in sweet noodle sauce and monosodium glutamate, and continue to stir-fry until the sauce becomes sticky.

5.? Because I personally don't like the taste of soy sauce, I use soy sauce instead of soybean and sweet noodle sauce, and the sauce is a little less!
