Grape jam?
Materials: 600 grams of grapes, maltose?150 grams, 80 grams of granulated sugar, ? Water?150ml
Practice: 1.? Peel the skin and remove the seeds from the cleaned grapes, and place the skin and pulp in a bowl separately.
2. Put the grape skins into an acid-resistant pot (e.g., stainless steel pot), add water and bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower the heat and continue to cook until the juice is purple-red in color.
