Italian tomato meat sauce

Ingredients: 200g minced beef, 3 tomatoes, 3 tbsp tomato sauce, 300g onion, 30g butter, black pepper, 1 tsp salt

Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients: 200 grams of ground beef, onion/14, 250 grams of carrots, 50 grams of parsley, 600 grams of canned tomatoes, 300 grams of pasta.

6. Add the canned tomatoes, salt and black pepper, reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.

7. Finally, add the cooked pasta and stir-fry well until the soup dries up.

Garlic Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients: 1/4 onion, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp canned tomatoes, 1 bay leaf, 2 tbsp white wine, a pinch of white pepper

Methods: (1) Prepare the ingredients, and diced the onion.

(2) Heat olive oil, then add onion and garlic.

(3) Pour in the juice from the tomato can, then add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Note: For pasta drizzle or cooking seafood risotto.

Pasta Sauce

Ingredients: 1/2 pound ground pork, 1/4 onion (diced), 1 can tomato paste, 1 cup diced carrots (or grated radish), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon red chili paste, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon white pepper, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water

How to make the sauce: Heat a pan with the olive oil, add minced onion, carrots and garlic. Add chopped onion, carrot and garlic, then add minced pork and sauté, then add chili paste, white pepper, cardamom and sugar and sauté, then add tomato paste and 1/2 cup of water and simmer on low heat for about 3~5 minutes.

Note: Use for pasta, dry pasta sauce, or cabbage stew sauce.

Creamy Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients: 1/2 cup ground meat, 1/4 onion, 2 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp white wine, 1/4 cup diced mushrooms, 1 tbsp pasta, 1 tbsp flour, 1 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste

How to make this sauce: (1) Prepare all the ingredients, and diced onion.

(2) Heat 1 tbsp of cream and sauté the onion and meat until cooked, then add the white wine, mushrooms, salt and pepper and set aside.

(3) Heat another 1 tbsp of cream, pour in the flour, stir well over low heat and remove from heat.

(4) Pour in the milk and stir quickly, then turn on the heat to medium and cook, stirring while pouring in the sauteed meat, turn down the heat to low and cook for about 3~4 minutes until thick and smooth
