In order to ensure the safety and stability of the community and effectively control the management of personnel access, the property company will enable a closed access management system. The specific work arrangements are as follows:

1. Community Mainly, three access control systems have been opened: entrance and exit access control for the owners of the community, access control for the lake center island, and access control for the lobby on the first floor of each building;

2. The property management company has produced owner access control IC cards for each building and staircase ( The access control authority is limited, for example, the access control card for the first elevator in Building A cannot open the access control for other elevators);

3. The property company will issue 3 access control IC cards to each owner for free, and the collection location is at the property service center. If the owner loses it or needs to add it, he must report the loss and apply to the property department, and pay a production fee of 30 yuan per ticket (the excess can only be issued to the owner's immediate family members or permanent residents);

4. If If the owner forgets to bring his IC card, he can follow the prompts on the access control display and press the button to ask the monitoring center for help.

5. The access control system will be opened on March 18th. Please bring the ID card you need to apply for an IC card to the service center. The daily processing time is: 08:30-12:00 14:30 -17:30.
