Ingredients
1 bowl of soybeans, 1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tsp of salt, a pinch of pepper
Steps to make steamed bean dregs
1. Grab a handful of beans and soak them overnight, then use a soymilk machine to squeeze them into pulp in the morning. These are soybeans grown by my uncle in the countryside.
2. Use fine gauze to filter the soy milk. The fine gauze I bought was cut from a medical mask.
3. Put the bean dregs in a bowl, add a little salt and mix well. Add water to the pot. After the water boils, put the bean dregs and steam for 10 minutes. Add olive oil and pepper (I use fresh Grind pepper, mixed coarsely and finely).
Tips
Don’t add too much salt, mix carefully.
