Soak shark fin for more than 2 hours;
Rinse the soaked shark's fin with clear water, put it in a cold water pot and add onion and ginger foam for 3 minutes, then rinse it with clear water;
Take a pot of cooking oil, add pepper aniseed, stir-fry and throw it away, then add shrimp and scallops, and drop into seafood soy sauce to stir-fry until cooked.
Add the soup stock, add appropriate amount of water and shark fin and boil;
Add salt and chicken essence, then add water and starch.
