1. Ingredients: 250g pig blood, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of chives, appropriate amount of dried shrimps, appropriate amount of ginger slices, appropriate amount of concentrated chicken juice, appropriate amount of chicken essence, appropriate amount of white sugar, appropriate amount of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of pepper.
2. Prepare pig blood. Drain the water and set aside.
3. Wash the leeks and cut them into 2 cm long sections. Crack the ginger slices and prepare the chopped green onions.
4. Use low heat to roast the dried shrimps until they become fragrant.

9. After boiling, sprinkle in the leeks and chopped green onions from step 1, turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.
10. Pick up the pork blood, chives and chopped green onions, put them into a bowl, and sprinkle in a little pepper.
11. Pour an appropriate amount of base soup into the bowl, remove the ginger slices and discard them.
