1. Wash your hands before preparing to make formula;
2. Sterilize breastfeeding utensils in boiling water;
3. Boil the water, then cool it down to about 37 degrees Celsius;
4. Fill sterilized bottles with lukewarm water (60 ml of water for every 1 measuring spoonful of 8.7 grams of formula);
5. >Add milk powder to the water with the measuring spoon in the jar as recommended for feeding quantity (Note: 1 measuring spoon of milk powder means 1 flat measuring spoon without compacted milk powder portion);
