Production steps:
1. Cut the dried pepper into small pieces, slightly crush the pepper, cut the onion into sections, slice the ginger and mince the garlic.
2. Heat a pot of hot oil. When the oil temperature reaches 180℃, add pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, take out pepper and drain the oil for later use.
