Can be used to make rose jam cakes.
Ingredients: 300g flour, 20g rose sauce, 10g walnuts, 2g yeast, 2g oil
Method:
1. Add rose sauce Mix the walnut kernels and set aside.
2. Add flour to yeast and mix evenly, add water and mix into dough, divide into equal amounts of small balls.
3. Press it into a dough with your hands and add the mixed rose sauce.
4. Wrap and close the mouth, then press it flat with your hands when done.
5. Heat oil in the pan, add pancakes and fry until set.
6. After shaping, add half-covered water to cover the cake embryo, cover and simmer until the water in the pot evaporates and the cake is mature, then it is ready.
