2. Gently massage under the arm from the elbow for about 15 seconds. Don't touch back and forth. It's the same on both sides.
3. Gently touch the armpit from the middle of the clavicle for about 10 second. Stay under your armpit and knead the muscles under your armpit repeatedly.
4. Massage with the palm of your hand from the armpit along the outermost side of the lower line of the bust to the middle and upper part of the breast for about 10 second, both sides are the same.
5. Push and massage both sides of the chest alternately with the palm of your hand rhythmically for 15 seconds, then hold the chest with your hand and massage back and forth for about 10 seconds.
6. Gently touch the center of the clavicle from the protruding part of the chest with your fingers, and massage evenly with your hands alternately for about 30 seconds.
7. Push and pull gently with your fingers from the depression in the middle of the double peaks to the protrusion in the middle of the chest for about 10 second.
8. Press the acupoint at the same height as the nipple between the two peaks twice to complete the chest massage.
