Chinese hamburger is short for steamed stuffed bun with meat. Bagels, also called baguettes and two skins, were a kind of "food" in the Zhou Dynasty. Now you can eat it alone, mostly meat and vegetables with hot food, with a long history.
Lazy meat is produced in Guanzhong counties of Xi 'an. The raw materials are ribs, Shaoxing wine, salt, ice pond, ginger, green onion, soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, Amomum tsaoko, fennel and Sharenliang ginger. The practice is: the meat is cooked and braised in brown sauce, showing the red halogen color of Bordeaux, moist and fragrant, soft and rotten but not greasy, which melts in the mouth and is eaten in bagels or lotus leaf cakes with unique flavor.
Bagels are round cakes made of white flour, yeast and alkaline flour, and the warp is 10cm. The flour agent weighs 70 grams. Bake for 3 minutes after baking, and drum up both sides to cook.
