Salt, water, a little bit of monosodium glutamate (MSG)
Original Blowfish Soup Steps
Steps 1
Farmed blowfish, basically free of toxins, we locally call this fish Ba fish. First of all, chop it clean, bleed it, and remove the internal organs. Boil water over once to remove the blood and mucus from the skin. Cut into cubes.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil over high heat, pour in the chopped puffer fish, cook over high heat for another 5 minutes, fish out the bubbles floating on top, turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Salt is put in close to the start of the pot. Finally, turn off the heat and put a little bit of monosodium glutamate.
Step 3
Dry and clean, original flavor.
Step 4
When you kill the blowfish it will bulge into a ball
