method of work
1. Peel the potatoes and wash them. The cooked pork is marinated. Thaw it for later use. Wash ginger, garlic and shallots for later use.
2. Slice the cooked pork and potatoes. Ginger, garlic and shallots are minced. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture.
3. Bring water to a boil in a hot pot and add potato chips.
4. Boil the potato chips for one minute, take them out and soak them in cold water for two minutes to drain the water.
5. Reheat the pot and fry the pork until it becomes discolored and oily.
6. Add bean paste and stir-fry red oil, then add cooking wine and stir-fry until fragrant and colored.
7. Add ginger, minced garlic and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add potato chips and salt and stir well.
8. Add pepper, chicken essence and shallots, stir well and turn off the heat.
