How to make Coconut Jelly

Main Ingredients

Gelatin Slices 2 slices Milk 135g

Light Cream 95g Coconut Milk 60g

Supplementary Ingredients

Sweetened Sugar 35g

Steps for Coconut Jelly

1.? Put the sliced jellies into ice water, soak for about 15 minutes until soft, then fish out and squeeze the water out and set aside.

2.? Put the milk into a larger container, add the light cream, coconut milk and sugar and mix well.

3. Into a saucepan, heat over water until the sugar is melted. The temperature of the mixed coconut milk mixture is about 50 degrees.

4.? Add in the soaked custard slices and stir until dissolved and turn off the heat.

5.? Line a sealed box with a layer of plastic wrap.

6.? Allow the coconut milk mixture to cool, then pour it in and refrigerate until it solidifies.

7. Remove and cut into small pieces and top with a layer of coconut.

Tips

If it's cold, you don't need to put it in the fridge for step 6, just keep it at room temperature. Alternatively, put it in the fridge for about 5 hours or so.
