Pizza dough 200g
Mozzarella 100g
Pinch of tomato sauce

Pinch of pizza grass

How to make apple pizza ?
After the dough has risen. Exhaust and lightly press the ball of dough with the palms of your hands to form a flat circle. Hold the edges of the dough in both hands and raise them. Rotate quickly and, little by little, grow into a larger circle without forcing it to pull away, but use the gravity of the dough to let it hang down naturally.
If the dough does not stretch easily, extend the rising time.
The dough should turn into a circle about 20 centimeters in diameter. With the word method, the edges will naturally form an embankment shape. And because the use of a rolling pin compared to also not destroy the dough, easier to bake.
Brush the plate with a little oil. Yard the pastry into the dish, insert small holes in the top with a fork and let it rest for fifteen minutes.
Spread with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with a little pepper and some pizza grass. Add flavor. Spread a layer of shredded cheese. Layer sliced apples and then the rest of the cheese.
Sprinkle some dried cranberries on top. Brush the edges with egg wash.
Preheat the oven to 220 for fifteen minutes until the cheese is completely melted and in focus.
