Wash the shell on the surface of the egg. If you are afraid of breaking the shell, I suggest you drill a small hole in one end of the eggshell with a fine needle.
Pour cold water into the pot and put the eggs in cold water. Boil water in a pot without a lid. You can also add a little salt to the water in the pot, so that the boiled eggs are not easy to break. )
Wait for the water to boil and cook for 30 seconds. Cover the pot and cook for 5 seconds. Finally, turn off the fire and stew for 1~2 minutes.
Take the eggs out and put them in cold water, soak them in cold water twice, then soak them in clear water and shell them.
Cooked eggs, the protein is solidified, the yolk is still liquid, dipped in soy sauce or bibimbap, which is very good.
Tips:
Pour water into the pot, add eggs after the water boils (after the eggs are put in, you can stir them with a spoon or shovel for a while, so that the yolk will look better when cut out), cover the pot and cook for 4.5 minutes, turn off the fire, and take out the cooked eggs and soak them in cold water. The eggs made in this way are also delicious.
You can save the sauce for next time, but you must take it out and cook it.
You can add other ingredients you like to the sauce, such as black pepper. The above formula is the most basic formula.
It took me five minutes to cook the egg, so it was not cooked very well and it was difficult to stir it out. I suggest giving them seven minutes to prepare.
After mixing the eggs, you can dry the excess water with kitchen paper.
