Red beans 125g, coconut milk 200g, agar 5- 10g, and proper amount of honey.
Exercise:
1. Wash red beans and soak them in 3 times of water for more than 2 hours;
2. Put the soaked red beans into the pot and add water to boil, and turn to low heat for 40 minutes until the red beans are crisp and rotten into bean paste;
3. Soak agar with cold water in advance;
4. Filter the cooked red beans, and put the red bean water, coconut milk and softened agar into a pot to heat and melt the agar;
5. Add red beans to the cooked coconut milk agar water and add appropriate amount of sugar to taste;
6. Pour the coconut juice and red bean juice into the fresh-keeping box, cool it and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration;
7. When eating, take the coconut milk red bean cake out of the fresh-keeping box and cut it into small pieces, or eat it with condensed milk.
