Ingredients: 400g cucumber, 5g garlic, 3g salt, 4g sugar and 3g vinegar.
1. Wash 400g cucumber for later use.
2. Peel and chop 5g of garlic for later use.
3. Peel the cucumber, cut it into small pieces and put it in a bowl for later use.
4. Put the chopped garlic into the cucumber.
5. Add 3g salt and marinate for a while.
6. Add 3g mature vinegar.
7. Add 4g sugar.
8. Stir well and the delicious pickled cucumber will be ready.
