Other methods:
Seal storage method: take bottles along that mouth or pot or cans of terracotta warriors and horses, and tie up the double-layer plastic film with bamboo undamaged bud leaves and covering the mouth, or take closed plastic bags with bamboo back loading strips to shoot tightly. This method can also be used for 20-30 days.
Steaming method: Wash the winter bamboo shoots, peel them, remove half of them, steam them in a steamer or put a pot of water, cook them until they are five or six ripe, take them out, spread them in a basket, and hang them in ventilation, which can be fresh 1-2 weeks. This method is suitable for the preservation of damaged winter bamboo shoots or bamboo shoots ready for recent consumption.
