Steps
1. Yellow croaker out of the refrigerator Thaw it.
2. Remove guts and scales and wash.
3. Mix in salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a wok, coat the yellowtail with flour and put it into the wok.
5. Fry on medium heat, color on one side and then turn around and fry the other side.
6. Fry until both sides are golden brown, then place on a plate lined with absorbent paper.
7. Then arrange on a plate and enjoy.
Tips
Toss with salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
