At present, China has implemented the market access system for food quality and safety in three batches of 28 kinds of food.
The first five categories: rice, wheat flour, edible vegetable oil, soy sauce and vinegar;
The second batch 10: meat products, dairy products, beverages, condiments (sugar, monosodium glutamate), instant noodles, biscuits, canned food, frozen drinks, quick-frozen rice food and puffed food;
The third batch 13: candy products, tea, wine and fruit wine, beer, yellow wine, pickles, preserves, baked goods, egg products, cocoa products, roasted coffee, processed aquatic products, starch and starch products.
The first batch of Category 5 and the second batch of Category 10 have now entered the stage of unlicensed investigation.
