How to make delicious mushrooms?

Recipe Sharing: The first is fresh roasted mushrooms, the second is fresh shrimps and mushroom soup

Cut the mushrooms into thick slices, cut the small ones into two, and cut the large ones into several slices , cut the white scallion into sections, cut the ginger into shreds, and cut the green scallion into finely chopped pieces.

Put a little oil into the wok, add shredded ginger and green onions and sauté until fragrant.

Stir-fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes, add a little white sugar to make them fresh.

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 2 grams of salt and stir-fry.

Stir-fry for 2 minutes, add starch water to thicken.

Add chopped green onion, turn on high heat to collect the juice and serve.

Second course: Shrimp and mushroom soup

8 mushrooms, 2 eggs, 13 prawns, 4 parsley, 3 salt grams, 30 grams of starch, appropriate amount of oil

Processing of shrimps: Pick out the intestines of shrimps, pinch the heads, remove the tails, and peel the shells. Make a cut on the back, add a little salt and starch and rub it gently to remove the mucus on the shrimp, wash it repeatedly and drain the water. First add a little salt, knead gently to melt it, then add half an egg white and stir to make it sticky, finally add starch and stir to increase the stickiness, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Chop mushrooms, chop parsley, and beat eggs

Boil water in a soup pot. Add the shrimps and fish them out for 30 seconds. You can also add them directly to the soup and cook.

Put a little oil into the wok, stir-fry the entrance mushrooms until fragrant, pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, add salt to taste, pour in starch water to thicken, turn to low heat and pour in the eggs liquid, use chopsticks to quickly break up the egg drop in a circular motion, then add the parsley and cook for 1 minute, finally add the shrimp, stir evenly and remove from the pot.
