How to make sour papaya

Steps
1. Wash the raw papaya.
2. Peel off the outer green skin.
3. Cut in half.
4. Cut into equal lengths, then cut into 3-4 mm thick slices.
5. These are cut raw papaya slices.
6. Add appropriate amount of salt
7. Rub with hands to fully integrate the papaya slices and salt. Marinate for an hour.
8. Pour out the salt water from the basin and add an appropriate amount of sugar.
9. Pour in appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar.
10. Put some chili sauce.
11. Stir evenly and leave it for about 2 hours before eating.
