How to make tiramisu without coffee and wine?
Rum can be used instead of tiramisu.
Ingredients: mascarpone cheese 250g, animal fresh cream150ml, gelatin tablets10g (2 tablets), espresso 40ml, rum15ml, 2 egg yolks, water 75ml, fine sugar 75g, finger lady, cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
Exercise:
1. Break the gelatin tablets into small pieces and soak them in cold water for later use.
2. Send the yolk to a thick state for later use.
3. Pour water and fine sugar into the pot, heat and boil it into sugar water, then turn off the fire. While beating the sugar water with an egg beater (reducing the temperature), slowly pour in the beaten egg yolk. After the yolk is poured out, continue to beat with the egg beater for about 5- 10 minutes. At this time, the temperature of the yolk paste should have dropped.
4. Pour the cooled yolk paste into a large bowl for later use. Egg yolk paste must be thoroughly cooled before use.
5. Put the mascarpone cheese in a large bowl, beat it with an egg beater until smooth, and then mix it with the egg yolk paste.
6. Drain the newly soaked bright film, put it in water and heat it until it is completely dissolved into gelatin solution.
7. Pour the gelatin solution into the previously mixed cheese paste and stir well.
8. Send the animal whipped cream until it is soft and foamed (just lines appear), add it to the cheese paste and stir well.
9. Italian espresso and rum are mixed into coffee wine (you can also buy ready-made coffee wine for Tiramisu directly).
10, take a piece of lady finger and quickly dip it in coffee wine, so that lady finger will be covered with coffee wine. This is repeated until lady finger covers the bottom of the cake mold (the cake mold is preferably provided with a movable bottom mold, and lady finger can be broken and almost covered without air tightness).
1 1, pour in half of the cheese paste.
12. Continue to spread a layer of lady finger dipped in coffee wine on the cheese paste, and then pour the remaining half of the cheese paste.
13, put the cake mold in the refrigerator for the night.
14. After the cheese paste is completely solidified, demould it (it can be easily demoulded by blowing it on the outer wall of the cake mold with a hair dryer), and sprinkle cocoa powder and sugar powder on the surface for decoration.
15. If you have any remaining fingers, you can decorate them with your fingers.
