Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Wash and cut the cod into sections and wrap in egg liquid.
3. Fry in oil pan until. Remove both sides from golden brown and set aside.
4. Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in light salt water for later use.
5. Pour oil into the wok and sauté onion, ginger, garlic and chili.
6. Add the fried cod pieces.
7. Add appropriate amount of water and dark soy sauce.
8. Add light soy sauce and cooking wine.
9. Add sugar.
10. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add tofu.
11. Add a little balsamic vinegar and continue simmering for 5 minutes.
12. Add a little salt to taste, pour in water starch to thicken the gravy.
13. Sprinkle some chopped green onion and turn off the heat.
