Fresh meat jiaozi
Ingredients: Zongye, glutinous rice, soy sauce, oil consumption.
Pork belly, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt
Exercise:
1. After soaking glutinous rice for 2 hours, add soy sauce and salt for color matching and seasoning;
2. Cut the pork into small pieces, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oil consumption and 1 tbsp salt, and stir well;
3. Wash the dried zongzi leaves, boil them with cold water, and then scrub them clean; 4. Bundle the zongzi and steam it normally in a steamer (100 degree, 3 hours);
Salted egg yolk zongzi
Ingredients: Zongye, glutinous rice, pork, salted egg yolk, soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, oil,
Spiced powder, salt
Exercise:
1. Soak glutinous rice in clear water in advance after washing 1-2 hours;
2. Add a proper amount of salt into the soaked glutinous rice, stir it evenly with soy sauce and soy sauce, and let it stand 1 hour;
3. Cut the pork into small pieces, add a proper amount of salt, oil, soy sauce, spiced powder and cooking wine to marinate and taste;
4. Add 5-6 drops of cooking wine to the salted egg yolk.

Doushazong
Ingredients: Zongye, glutinous rice, red beans, sugar.
Exercise:
1, washed glutinous rice twice and soaked in cold water;
2. Cook the red beans, add appropriate amount of sugar, and stir them into mud;
3. Wash the dried zongzi leaves, boil them with cold water, and then scrub them clean;
4. Tie the zongzi, put it in a big pot, add enough water and cook it for 2-5 hours on high fire;
Babaozong
Ingredients: Zongye, glutinous rice, soy sauce, corn, millet, sweet kernels, red beans, salt and oil.
Exercise:
1, washed and soaked glutinous rice and millet for 3-4 hours, and washed and soaked red beans and coix seed for 6-8 hours; Glutinous rice, corn, millet, red beans and sweet kernels (ratio 2:2: 1: 1)
2. Mix the ingredients, add salt, soy sauce and oil consumption and mix well;
3. Wash the dried zongzi leaves, boil them with cold water, and then scrub them clean;
4. Bundle the zongzi, put it in a large pot, add enough water, add a little salt and boil it on high fire, and cook it on low fire for 2-5 hours;
Jujube zongzi
Ingredients: Zongye, glutinous rice, red dates, sugar and oil.
Exercise:
1. Wash red dates and soak them in clear water 15 minutes;
2. Wash the rice for 3 to 4 times, then soak it in water 1 hour, and drain the water. Add 10g edible oil and 20g white sugar, and stir well;
3. Wash the dried zongzi leaves, boil them with cold water, and then scrub them clean; 4. Tie the zongzi, put it in a big pot, add enough water and cook it for 2-5 hours on high fire;
Salted egg yolk bacon zongzi
Ingredients: Zongye, glutinous rice, salted egg yolk, bacon, soy sauce, oil consumption and salt.
Exercise:
1. Soak glutinous rice for two hours, filter off the water, add soy sauce, oil consumption and salt, and continue to soak for one night;
2. Then mix in the bacon cut into small pieces, the fatter piece;
3. The salted egg yolk prepared in advance is wrapped in glutinous rice with bacon;
