The simple way to blanch mustard greens in boiling water is as follows:
Ingredients: 2 pounds of mustard greens and a little vinegar.
1. Wash the purchased mustard greens and dry them in the sun. You only need to cut the leaves slightly and cut the greens to make it easier to taste.
2. Make the pot clean and oil-free. Boil a pot of water, add a little white vinegar, put the vegetable moss in first and blanch until soft. Take it out.
