Slice the liver, wash it three or four times with water to remove the blood
Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, wine and a little oil, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes
Slice the onion and set aside
Boil the noodles in a pot, and then lift them up
Add oil to the hot pot, and then add onion to stir-fry
Push the onion to the side of the pot, and then add the liver to stir-fry. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and wine when the liver is almost browned. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and wine to taste
Put the liver on top of the noodles.
